Sentient Body Yoga and Massage values and promotes holistic health and alternative medicine. I believe that everyone is capable of and deserving to live in a body that is integrated physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I believe that living a healthy and holistic life will help us reduce stress and disease in the body as well as support our paths of personal development.

Having found both yoga and massage on my path to be of the utmost help to living a holistic life, I bring this experience to my classes. As we walk through life, we go through change, some of which we choose to create, and some of which is the inevitable result of being human. I believe that we can process emotional traumas and shifts, as well as disease on a physical level, and find recovery with yoga and massage tailored to our personal needs.
